Camp Bestival Travelling Circus Tour Hits The Road
Celebrating Camp Bestival 2014’s Circus theme, Camp Bestival are running a serious of family events in the Camp Bestival Travelling Circus Tour!
They are joining up with family party people Big Fish Little Fish for the London part of the tour – please see this post for more details and links to get tickets!
Visiting Portsmouth, London, Bournemouth, Winchester, Southampton, Isle of Wight and Bristol in May 2014 (dates below), each event will feature the Camp Bestival DJ crew plus special guest DJs and a whole host of different amazing circus-themed activities, competitions, face painting and arts & crafts guaranteed to entertain all the family, so there’s no excuse not to round up the kids and come along to check them out! Working closely with Big Fish Little Fish (London), Let’s Make Art Bristol), Southampton City Art Gallery Aspex Gallery (Portsmouth), Halo (Bournemouth) and Quay Arts (Isle of Wight) Camp Bestival have hand-picked the best creative minds in every town that we’ll visit to make these very special family events happen. Each leg of the tour will feature unique talents, amazing spectacles and fun-packed interactive activities to dazzle and delight.
The tour will kick off in Portsmouth at Aspex Gallery with Camp Bestival Ringmaster Rob da Bank behind the wheels of steel with cool music for cool kids, a supersized ghetto-blaster, art workshops, face-painting, food & drinks, fancy dress, candyfloss and other surprises!
