Shipping: Standard UK delivery is FREE!
For UK deliveries we generally use Royal Mail. We are sorry but at this moment we do not offer shipping outside of the UK except by special arrangement. Standard UK delivery is FREE! If you need an item on Next Day delivery please call us on 07785 506209 to confirm stock availability and additional costs (usually a surcharge of around £8 will apply).
Delivery:
Festival Kidz aims to ship items held in stock within 24hours, however during busy festival weekends we are occasionally unable to post items between Thursday and Monday. After your order is Shipped, we will send you an email to the email address you entered during checkout. This will contain your order number.
Some of our items are dispatched directly from our suppliers warehouses. Whilst we choose only suppliers with a proven track record and efficient delivery services, Festival Kidz has no control over their delivery schedules and products may take a few days longer to arrive. Where possible we will keep you updated of your order and delivery estimates.
Packing Materials:
It is Festival Kidz policy to reuse and recycle as much of our waste packaging as possible. Unless you specifically request new packing materials, we will endeavour to reuse our jiffy bags, cardboard boxes, envelopes etc. This not only helps us to keep out costs down and continue to offer free P&P, but it also saves an unbelievable amount of waste going to landfill – and that can only be a good thing!
Returns:
Please email returns@festivalkidz.com (returns null@null festivalkidz NULL.com). Don’t forget to include the details of your original order, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Or call us on 07785 506209. We will give you a returns number.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied (except in the case of faulty items).
NB: Unless the return or exchange is due to a faulty product or an error on our part, we will deduct our shipping and handling costs. The cost of returning a non-faulty product will also be at your cost.
WEEE Policy:
Festival Kidz Ltd is a responsible reseller and will take back your old electrical products when you purchase a new replacement. Contact us at shop@festivalkidz.com so we can provide you with a return address for your old product so we can recycle your old product accordingly. This applies to items such as EL Wire, and flashing novelties.
Stock:
Whilst we aim to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, sometimes there may be a slight delay between updating sales from an event (such as a festival stall) and as a consequence we may have sold out when you place your order. In the rare event that this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the problem. You will be given the option to cancel your whole order (full refund), cancel the out-of-stock item (partial refund), or to wait for new stock.
Payment Methods:
We currently accept Paypal via the website, and cash only at festivals. We will shortly be accepting card payments over the phone and on the website. You may also pay by direct bank transfer – contact us if you would like to arrange this.
