The Fairy Fair is family day out where entertainment meets magic, nature and folklore.

Set the grounds of Holt Hall, the Fairy Fair is held over 2 days with activity tents, marquees and other attractions throughout the surrounding woodland area.

The Fairy Fair attracts all ages but is designed mainly for children between 3-8 years. Many families come back year after year even when the children are quite grown up.Bookable activities include workshops such as making fairy crowns, making a fairy garden using real wild flowers or making elf sticks from native trees. Outdoor workshops include Elf Training and brand new for 2014, Fairy Training. The Treasure Hunt and the Fairyland Wildlife Hospital for fairyland creatures (the cuddly sort!)

Tickets for the workshops need to booked in advance with the tickets and are £4 per child. One adult must accompany the child but does not need to purchase a ticket.

Free drop in workshops include, making a Secret Den with some woodland outlaws, building a Fairy House fit for the magical folk. You can all follow a trail deep into the woods to visit the Fairy Queen and, making a special appearance this year, the King of the Fairies too. Or if such ethereal creatures are not for you, then there is always the Troll in his den who likes visitors, especially if they like making a mess

There will also be wandering musicians, craft stalls, tea and beer tents, woodland walks and a performance tent amongst the other activities.

You can also visit the Fairy Queen, create a mud pie for the Cooking for Trolls competition,  or post a card at the Pixie Post Office.

The Fairy Fair is a truly magical day out for all the family, bringing nature alive in the beautiful North Norfolk Countryside.

Camping: There is no camping onsite (except for Fairyland Trust Crew and Stallholders)
