The Festival Kidz Awards are Back for 2014!
Voting has now closed
Festival Kidz is run by parents for parents. We want to be able to recommend the best festivals for people to take their children to.
To this end, all our reviewers have submitted their recommendations and we are now compiling the results. Our coveted Festival Kidz Gold and Silver Award winners will be announced soon.
We are rating them in more categories this year – activities, camping, facilities, value for money, entertainment, accessibility and green credentials.
Chilled in a Field – New Venue!
NEWS: Chilled in a Field have announced their new home for 2014!
This year Chilled in a Field will be held in the Bentley Wildfowl & Motor Museum. This location is even more perfect for families as it is a wonderful magical place for children to visit, and entry to Bentley is included in your ticket. Read more…

Thank you so much to everyone who joined in – the judging panel have read through all your responses carefully and taken them into consideration. It was a difficult decision, and something that clearly emerged from the process was how many fantastic family festivals there are in the UK and how much their loyal fans love them!

Best Family Festival: UKFA 2011
Anyone who’s anyone in the festival circuit came out in force yesterday for the UK Festival Conference at The HMV Forum in Kentish Town, followed by a Gala Dinner and the eagerly anticipated awards ceremony in Camden’s Roundhouse.
