Delivery Charges - Standard UK Delivery is FREE!

Standard UK delivery is free.  Delivery to remote islands may incur a surcharge.  Express and International deliveries may be made at the discretion of Festival Kidz by special order at additional cost.  Please contact shop@festivalkidz.com to inquire about this service.

Acceptance of order

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Your right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery. If your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it here you may still cancel the order however the cost of postage will be at your expense.

Delivery

If no one is at home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a calling card and usually attempt re-delivery the following working day. After this you may be required to collect the goods from your local depot. Clear details of this will be on the ‘sorry we missed you’ card that will be left by your driver.

If the delivery address refuses delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the “sorry we missed you” card, your order will be returned to Festival Kidz.  We will then wait for you to contact us before we refund you your money minus the return postage cost.

Our Courier will strive to get your order to you in accordance with the delivery option you selected but, due to circumstances out of ours and our couriers control, i.e. extreme weather conditions, unforeseen incidents, delays may occur. Please be assured we will endeavour to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.

Failure to enter the correct delivery details may result in a charge to amend these details.

Wrong Delivery Address Inputted

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Festival Kidz cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  Festival Kidz is not responsible for any loss incurred after the parcel has arrived with the delivery service provider.

Hassle-Free Returns

You may of course return any items purchased from Festival Kidz within 14 days of the purchase date for any reason whatsoever. To do this you must email us on returns@festivalkidz.com, including your postcode and order details, and we will supply you with a returns number.  All goods must be unused and in their original packaging, orders returned without a returns number may not be refunded.  Postage costs are at your expense unless the product is found to be faulty.

We strongly recommend original packaging is kept, as any collections for warranty/maintenance work will be required to be packaged in a box.   MANUFACTURERS GUARANTEES WILL VARY

Specifications, Colours, Weights and Sizes

• We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices.
• Wood is a natural product and therefore will carry minor imperfections and characteristics such as grain and colour variation and knots these characteristics are not classed as a manufacturing fault.  Manufacturers normally use different grades of wood for items such as wagons and therefore the finish can appear differently.
• Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault.

Links to external Third Party Websites

External links are selected and reviewed when the page is published. However, Festival Kidz is not responsible for the content of external websites. This is because:

• Festival Kidz does not produce them or maintain/update them
• Festival Kidz cannot change them
• they can be changed without the knowledge or agreement of Festival Kidz.

Some of our external links may be to websites which also offer commercial services, such as online purchases.  The inclusion of a link to an external website from Festival Kidz should not be understood to be an endorsement of that website or the site’s owners (or their products/services).  Festival Kidz Ltd is a participant in the Amazon Europe S.à r.l. Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk

Festival Kidz is also a member of the Affiliate Window and Webgains affiliate schemes, and embedded links on festivalkidz.com may generate a small commission/referral fee for Festival Kidz where a purchase on the external website is subsequently made.

Links to user generated material

Some of the content we link to on both Festival Kidz and external websites is generated by members of the public (our Facebook community for example). The views expressed are those of the public and unless specifically stated are not those of Festival Kidz. If you consider this content to be in breach of the rules as indicated on the website, or you feel that the content is inappropriate please alert the moderators or site owners on the sites where the material appears.

Personal Data and Information we may collect from you

We collect personal information from visitors to the Site in a number of different ways. For example, you provide us with personal information when you:

• purchase products on the Site.
• create or update an account on the Site.
• subscribe to e-mail newsletters or updates.
• submit product reviews.
• participate in contests, sweepstakes, and other promotions.

The personal information we collect may include, amongst other things) your name, e-mail address, gender, date of birth, children’s ages, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, and credit card information. Please do not submit information that you do not want us to access.

Cookies

We may collect certain information through the use of “cookies” or similar technology. Cookies are small text files that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies allow us to count the number of unique and return visitors to the Site. We may also use cookies to measure activity on the Site, which allows us to improve navigation throughout our Site. In addition, cookies may contain information (such as a unique user ID) that logs the pages of the Site you have visited and the products you viewed or searched for. Pixel Tags

We may also collect certain information through the use of “pixel tags”, also known as “clear GIFs” or “web beacons”. Pixel tags are small graphic images placed on certain pages of the Site or in certain e-mails from us. When you access these pages or e-mails, pixel tags generate a generic notice of that visit. They usually work in conjunction with cookies, registering when a particular computer visits a particular page. If you turn off cookies, the pixel tag will simply detect an anonymous website visit.
We may ask third-party service providers to use cookies and pixel tags on our behalf to collect certain information.

How We Use Personal Information
