Elderflower Fields continues to get better and better – a truly magical woodland adventure.
Elderflower Fields continues to get better and better – a truly magical woodland adventure.We have been massively excited in the run up to Elderflower Fields this year as it always feels like the start of summer. Last year’s weather was a bit amiss so we decided to go all out and hire a motor home. Typically, the run up to the festival this year predicted the first May heat wave! We have been to Elderflower Fields before but it seems to be growing and growing in popularity with the festival fully selling out at a 5000 capacity well before the event.
Shambala 2016 Review
One of the things I love about Shambala is that the organisers obviously love it as much as I do. The extra thought given to details at this festival is simply incredible.
This year they put on so many extra little stages and acts that I’ve decided to concentrate on the new things! If you want to see what else is on offer – I would love it if you would go and read my other reviews. I reviewed Shambala in 2013, 2014 and 2015 as well (this is how much I love this festival).
Green Man 2016 Review
I’ve wanted to go to Green Man for a long time now, and I’m so happy we finally made it there. Set in a lush green Welsh valley, the site could not be more beautiful and acoustics could not be better. Starry Skies 2015 Review
It was our first visit to Starry Skies, although we were excited about it because it is run by the same people as Shambala (my favourite of the adult festivals).
Starry Skies doesn’t list itself as a music festival as such – it is more like a family camping holiday with activities. For us, this meant it was all the best family friendly parts of a festival without the crazy madness, and with the chance to get a decent night’s sleep!
Shambala 2015 Review
Another year another Shambala Festival! For a medium sized festival, we all agree this one is hard to beat. It remains our family’s favourite festival, because it has so many different activities and exciting performances and artwork everywhere, that every year there’s something new to experience. They also listen to feedback from festival goers, meaning that each year they make changes to try to improve the event, which shows how much they value their supporters, who keep coming back year after year. This was our fourth Shambala, and definitely not our last!
