CarFest holds two events, this is the sister event to CarFest (South)

CarFest is the brain child of Chris Evans who came up with the idea when he gave up caffeine. He wanted to create a family friendly festival which combined his love of cars and music.

The festival focuses on entertainment for the whole family, from baby yoga to bedtime stories, mask making to music and in addition to this they aim to raise over £1.5 million for children’s charities.

Food:
There is a strong emphasis on good food at the festival and there will be a range of fantastic food on offer from a range of carefully chosen caterers, in addition there will be Britain’s Best Pavilion, a sort of farmers market, housing some of the best produce Britain has to offer.

Also CarFest will be inviting some of Britain’s great food festivals to be part of Best of the Fests, British Asparagus Festival, the Pershore Plum Festival and the Harrogate Flower Show to name a few.

Other Entertainment:
Air displays, car displays, track races, Red Barrows display team, dancing JCB diggers, kid’s activities

Highlights for families:

In addition to the above mentioned baby yoga, bedtime stories and mask making there will paper aeroplane making,a kids driving school and a sports day held on the Sunday of the festival.

The Rainbow Bigtop will be hosting a range of shows for children during the day including famous authors, theatre shows, the BugFest shows and the Silent Disco.

Trolleys are available to hire for both day visitors and weekend campers from Airs and Graces. These are pre-bookable from April.
