Reviews: 2021, 2019, 2018

Timber Festival is an exciting event, brought to us by Wild Rumpus (the fabulous people who are responsible for Festival Kidz favourite Just So).

Taking place in the Feanedock woodland in the National Forest, Timber explores our relationship with the forest. In fact, the whole festival experience is intrinsically wrapped up in its environment.

Did you know that Timber actively encourage people to cycle to the festival from a range of nearby cities? They will even give you and your kit a lift home at the end of the weekend.

What is available for families?

Expect the very best in family entertainment to include interactive performances, art installations and light projections. Plus, fantastic crafts, music, campfire stories, a coppice maze and so, so much more, all seemlessly linked to the forest itself.

For the tiniest festival-goers there is a nappy-changing tent with free biodegradeable nappies and wipes and a baby-feeding tent.

Accessibility

Personal assistant tickets, accessible parking, accessible camping spots and medication storage are all available. The team welcome information regarding specific needs and can be flexible with their provision.

They say, “It’s your experience, and we want you to have the best one possible.”
