A Grand Day Out from the Bestival Team
We’ve teamed up with the Bestival crew to offer a family ticket to the first ever Common People; a brand new two-day metropolitan adventure, set in the leafy, green surrounds of Southampton Common. Put together with love by the acclaimed Bestival family, there will be lashings of the team’s unique magic, mayhem and merriment unifying party lovers across the south coast and beyond, for a truck load of bank holiday high jinx this 23rd & 24th May.
Common People’s stellar inaugural line-up features headliners Fatboy Slim and Grace Jones and fantastic music including De La Soul, Jaguar Skills, DJ Yoda, George the Poet, Plastic Mermaids,Funky Little Choir, and Mr Motivator on Saturday. And Clean Bandit,Band of Skulls, Years & Years,Kitty, Daisy & Lewis,Slaves,The Cuban Brothers, Craig Charles and West End Kids on Sunday.
Bestival’s creative team will be flexing their visionary muscles, taking the spirit of Bestival to the heart of Southampton, transforming the common into a world of wonder with a host of fantastical fun, daytime diversions, amusements and good times for one and all
With a host of some of the most exciting underground electronic music the world has to offer, Saturday will see Junk at the controls with sets from Dusky, Huxley, Wayze & Odyssey, Dense & Pika and more. And Switch take over on Sunday with Chicago house legend Derrick Carter, Seconcity, Rob da Bank, and more. We’ll also have Southampton’s illustrious Joiners adding to the mix in our news bands area the Uncommon Stage,and plenty more fun & games to boot.

We have a family ticket to the amazing Larmer Tree festival to give away!
The family ticket is for two adult and two youth OR two child tickets from Thursday 16th to Sunday 19th July, including tent camping and a multi-day parking pass for the four nights.
This year’s line up is amazing, including Tom Jones, The Levellers, Jimmy Cliff, Bill Bailey – enough entertainment to suit anyone’s tastes! For the full line up see their website.
It’s in a gorgeous location, has some of the best facilities on the festival circuit, and has so many different workshops for children you’ll find it difficult to choose what to do!

A family ticket to Eden Festival
11th-14th June 2015, Scotland
Eden Festival is set in the stunning Raehill Meadows of Dumfries, Scotland, from the 11th-14th June. A boutique festival, with over 250 acts performing across 9 stages, bringing you live music, dance, cabaret, burlesque, circus skills, theatre, cinema, a children’s arena, healing space, fun and games and much more.
This years children’s arena they will be taking you under the sea to the land of make believe, swimming and surfing with sea creatures, sailing with pirates and flying with gulls.
Eden will have workshops for children to make pirate flags, fish masks, scuba packs and much more. The Forest Skills team will be leading woodland crafts and bushcraft skills, including campfire cooking and herb walks, and making jewellry, nature art and willow crafts.
The Toddlers Dome is also returning with books, toys and dressing up and on Saturday you can seek out clues for the lost treasure and on Sunday the kids will claim the festival site as their own, when they make some noise on the colourful parade.

Congratulations Lakefest!
This year we are giving out a new award – the Families’ Choice Award. This is awarded entirely based on the number of votes from our followers. We had an amazing response of nearly 600 votes, 276 of which were for our winning festival, LAKEFEST!
