Nozstock 2019 Review
This festival has become a favourite with our little family, and we had a brilliant time once again this year! Nozstock is set in the beautiful, rolling hills of Bromyard, Herefordshire on the first weekend of the school summer holidays in England.
Compared to some, Nozstock may be a fairly small festival, but there is nothing pint-sized about the variety of entertainment on offer. There are 11 stages/zones offering a large variety of music, comedy, theatre, dance, film and plenty of activities for children of all ages.

Great Wonderfest – Revolutionizing Inclusion
On the whole, festivals are becoming more and more accessible. Festival Kidz have been happy to report that festivals are generally now providing carers’ tickets, accessible campsites, toilets, viewing platforms and more recently BSL interpreters and autism friendly sessions for certain activities. Great Wonderfest have clearly taken note, and for their first ever festival, have managed to take inclusion several steps further…

New Discoveries for 2019
It’s great to have our favourite festivals that we return to year after year. But our writers are always aware of the wealth of exciting family festivals that we are yet to have covered on this site.
This year we’re lucky enough to have something new to try each month of the festival season. Therefore we have put together a guide of all the festivals new to Festival Kidz for 2019. We hope it inspires you to try something different too.
At the end of May, Lisa M is heading off to Cornwall for The Great Estate, June sees FestivalKidz trying out Woodlands Festival. In July, Naomi visits Magical Festival, and in August Sarah is hoping to make it to Maui Waui.
Remember to check back to see what we thought of our new discoveries when we review them later in the year.
